Self Esteem

Self-esteem is intricately linked to our inner dialogue and perception of ourselves. In therapy, integrating principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS), positive psychology, and strategies for constructive self-talk, we delve into the layers of our self-perception. IFS, acknowledging the various facets within, guides therapy to understand and heal these inner parts, fostering a more compassionate internal dialogue. We blend this approach with positive psychology's focus on strengths, resilience, and growth. By intertwining these principles, therapy encourages a shift towards uplifting self-talk patterns, emphasizing strengths, affirmations, and a growth-oriented mindset.

This integrative approach aims to cultivate not just self-acceptance but also a sense of empowerment and resilience. It nurtures a more compassionate self-view, fostering a stronger, more resilient, and positively affirmed sense of self-worth and esteem.
