Depression

Depression is feeling disconnected from yourself and what makes life feel meaningful. It can make you feel really empty, lost, and like there's no clear direction. In therapy, we explore how you're feeling right now, in the present moment, and how those feelings connect to what's going on inside you.

We'll look at how these feelings might be linked to things from your past that haven't been fully sorted out. Plus, we'll talk about what's important to you and what gives your life meaning. By doing this, we'll work on helping you feel more connected to yourself and the world around you. It's about rediscovering what makes life feel fulfilling and finding a way forward that feels right for you.
